Thank you Fred Najera for doing such a wonderful job of teaching (and feeding) the ladies on Tuesday night. The amount of questions indicates the level of interest...and you did a fantastic job! Thirty women went home with more knowledge and more excitement about cooking a turkey. The husbands will be thankful too when they get to enjoy some of the delicious food prepared in their own homes. Madge Najera assisted Fred and made packets for each person attending that will support the ladies in cooking with recipes, techniques and guidlines....Thank you Madge!
